This is a Roller-Lok 4 post expandable binder. Binder locks automatically, and holds sheets firmly with positive compression. It expands up to 50% over minimum capacity. It was dealer used, and shows some signs of wear. We stock multiple binders- if you need one in pristine condition, please email in advance to see if we have one in stock!
